A hard reality of wedding planning is this: drinks and food typically take up a large majority of your budget.

Whether you're serving top-shelf liquor or premium champagne, the costs can add up quick.

Most weddings these days have an open bar, which means the couple is taking care of everything served that evening.

Unlike the open bar wedding, the cash bar means that your guests will pay for  their own drinks throughout the night.

​

Many see this as an easy way to cut wedding costs, but it can have it's own drawbacks.

Although we take care of the majority of tasks for your wedding day mobile bar, there are a few things for you to take care of.

Choosing from an open bar, cash bar, consumption bar, or dry bar is just a start.

Our Process

People love understanding exactly how their event will go down, so in the below steps, we'll walk you through what to expect.

Step 1

To start, you'll describe your perfect event to us!​ We need to know a couple things like how many people will be there, what types of drinks you want, and where the event will be.

​

This gives up the opportunity to clarify expectations and figure out exactly what we'll do to provide the best mobile bar experience for you, your loved ones, and your friends.

Step 2

Once we've established what you want your event to look like, we can get on to the fun stuff: what kind of drinks are being served!? Not sure what kind of drinks you want? We can suggest some of our favorite cocktails!

We don't want to make promises we can't keep, but we've been able to accommodate every drink request so far!

Step 3

We've nailed down the drinks, we've nailed down the details, and now there's only thing to do: show up to your event and have the time of your life!

​

Have a last minute change? No worries, we're on it. Just sit back, relax, and let us take care of you.

  • Is alcohol included in the package pricing?
    No. We are not licensed to sell alcohol. For that reason, the host or venue will need to purchase the alcohol. We can tell you exactly what to buy and even pick it up for you!
  • Do you have insurance?
    We do! We have a General Liability Clause, along with vehicle insurance. Our insurance policy is suitable for most venues. Need more information? Email us at thedrinktrailer@gmail.com!
  • Do you serve drinks without alcohol?
    Absolutely! Just let us know what you have in mind, and we'll do our best to accomodate it.
  • What kind of events can I hire The Drink Trailer for?
    We can do any type of event! We typically work with weddings, babyshowers, birthday parties, and engagement parties!
  • How far will you travel?
    Travel within 30 miles of downtown Dallas is included in each package option. If your event is further away, don't worry! We would still love to serve at your event, we may have to adjust the package price though.
  • My event is several days long, is that okay?"
    Absolutely! We serve every kind of party, even the longer-winded ones.
